I was introduced to the STRATA Originals team of Leanne and Alan by a very good friend of mine because I wanted to intentionally participate in global conversations on the things that matter to us and build profile online. My messages were based on the book I wrote, but what I found exceptional was the process they used to help frame what we wanted to say and how we wanted to say it. We landed on “Humanity is our Tribe” as the overarching content theme and “The Power of Ideas” as the point of execution for the messaging. We developed some great content and it’s reflected in growing LinkedIn and Twitter exposure. Building a personal brand is strategic and these folks are strategists first who also happen to be really good at the digital aspects while simplifying things for me. Also just as importantly, we have fun along the way.

I attended a webinar that Leanne and Alan conducted for YPO members where they shared how important building a personal brand was to achieve personal and/or business objectives. We began working together to build my profile and hone the focus on my passions which include leadership and coaching. We focused on storytelling to share my experiences and knowledge. The team determined what was important to me and they were respectful in how I wanted to present my brand to the world. The outsource model they have created allowed me to focus on my business and personal life, while they handled the heavy lifting. They controlled and drove the entire process. It was so invigorating that I chose to take the big step of writing a book. I recommend Alan and Leanne to anyone who wants to build their profile to grow their business or share their knowledge with audiences that matter.

I attended a YPO workshop with Alan and Leanne and I was so intrigued with the content and the process around how to build my personal brand, I engaged them immediately. They helped me think through how I could help small family businesses with their challenges, impasses, and struggles. Over the past six months we have been sharing content on succession planning and overall governance. Our hope that if one family business starts working on their succession and governance, then we’d have achieved our goal! I am also pleased with the process; we set a recording date for the videos and their team takes care of the rest including all the social posts and engagement. I am a lifelong learner and I now appreciate how important building a personal brand is to open all sorts of opportunities.
